Sagittarius has won an award for the best Hospitality, Leisure, Food and Drinks Website at the 3rd UK Digital Experience Awards 2016 held on Friday 2nd December at Park Plaza Riverbank in London.

Created to recognise and celebrate the delivery of exceptional digital customer experiences, the awards event is a vehicle for sharing best practice, and promoting continuous improvement, learning and personal development. The awards are proud to have Customer Experience Magazine as media partner.

Journey Latin America are one of the UK’s leading luxury tour operators and Sagittarius, one of the UK leading specialists in Digital User Experience in the Travel sector were chosen to help them redesign their website and look at the full digital engagement strategy.

Sagittarius were tasked with creating a new website for Journey Latin America (JLA) that more thoroughly represented the brand, was a more engaging customer experience and increased levels of enquiry, sales and customer service.

The winners of the awards were selected by a panel of independent judges, made up of customer and financial professionals. The finalists made their presentations to the judges in the morning, and the winners were announced over a celebratory lunch in the afternoon.
