The challenge was to reposition the ‘International Academy’ premium brand, both online and offline and we rose to it. The website required a rebuild on our bespoke platform. This gave us a better opportunity to improve the customer journey giving the design ‘look and feel’ more depth and personality. Providing basic SEO and click throughs for PPC has given vital performance analysis.Sagittarius were also tasked with tackling anintegrated offline delivery opening up their potential instructor market. The offline toolkit has a promotional brochure, time-driven competition card, price lists and exhibition stand all used at the ski and snowboard shows in 2012. Early on sales are up by 20% from last year.
