Contiki has launched its latest website development on a Sitecore platform with the help of Kent based agency Sagittarius.

Contiki Holidays, part of The Travel Corporation family of brands, is regarded as the global leader in youth travel, operating trips designed exclusively for 18-35 year olds around the world.

Contiki has a millennial audience of digital natives, meaning that the new site has to be driven by simplicity, content and personalisation. The new website will provide a lasting solution that will connect its digital savvy audience with engaging, relative and creative content.

Sagittarius has been part of a multi-agency team working on a new Sitecore website for this globally renowned travel brand.

Contiki selected the Sitecore platform because of its opportunities for personalised content across the site and the ability to build personas around state and travel interests, ultimately increasing booking conversion.

The design of the site was led by Neo and Contiki’s internal design team with support from Sagittarius, using a material design and mobile first approach.

In addition to personalisation capabilities, the site incorporates natural language search, contextual call to actions and a shallow content navigation that supports inspirational and practical content, facilitating reduced bounce rates.
