Firstly, I wanted to say a big thank you to everyone we met at last weeks event. I hope you will agree that the event was full of amazing content, engaging speakers, insightful content sessions, all coupled alongside some great exhibitors!.

It was our first time exhibiting at the Festival and we found that audiences were engaged with a huge appetite for digital transformation and a thirst for knowledge around all things Sitecore, personalisation, SEO, programmatic and content!

My personal highlight was the first day closing keynote from fragrance giant Jo Malone. Jo discussed retail and storytelling and how from very small beginnings, she built the iconic brand, Jo Malone. Speaking openly she told the packed keynote theatre of how after a period of poor health she sold the Jo Malone brand to Estée Lauder, beat cancer, recovered and how she went about the process of building and launching the global hit 'Jo Loves' brand that she is head of today.


My key takeaway was her message of powerful authentic storytelling and that in todays crowded digital world that we all live in today, the currency or creativity has never been stronger.  In Jo’s words, find your passion, learn from your mistakes and walk with creativity by your side everyday!
