Sunrise Senior Living UK, a provider of assisted living, nursing, dementia and respite care to older people, has appointed Sagittarius to revamp the user experience, content and visibility of its website, delivered upon the Sitecore platform.
Covering both the Sunrise Senior Living brand and its sister-brand Gracewell, the redeveloped website aims to improve customer engagement and deliver a personalised experience to visitors which delivers clear and simple information to be surfaced at the right time to the right visitor under what can sometimes be difficult circumstances.
Jen Walker, head of marketing at Sunrise said: “Our website needs to position both our brands as premium community/care homes, focused on the individual needs of our residents. In working with Sagittarius, we want to personalise the customer experience for each visitor and, as a result, increase both SEO traffic and leads.”
Paul Stephen, chief executive officer of Sagittarius, said: “We’ll be focusing on designing for user needs, which ensures that key tasks, as defined by business objectives, can be easily performed by website users. This means that we’ll involve users in the discovery and optimisation phases of the design process, testing continuously to verify that their needs are being met.
“We’ll also be bringing more consistency to the design of the site, for example, by creating a shared library of User Interface elements to be used on all future work.”
Sagittarius have created a dedicated digital transformation team for the project covering Account and Project Management, User Experience, Design, Client and Server-Side Development and Quality Assurance.
