Jacksons ‘Best Website’ wins at 2020 Construction Marketing Awards.


Last week we received the news that our work with longstanding client Jacksons Fencing had won ‘Best Use of Website’ at the 2020 Construction Marketing Awards, further cementing that in 2020, digital channels have risen to the top of every business agenda and have never been more important when trying to reach consumers, whether B2B or B2C.

Building upon the Sitecore Experience Platform, our strategy and execution have driven sizeable increases in conversion rate, customer engagement and, most importantly revenue. Our process focuses on tackling key pain points, rethinking journeys, listening to customers, and adapting the experience to respond to their needs.

Customer feedback from polling and surveys, right through to digesting call centre transcripts, has allowed Sagittarius to find and prioritise issues, and deploy a testing programme to deliver a data-informed strategy for impactful digital change. We’re delighted to be recognised for our work and will continue listening to our clients and their customers, and then tenaciously chasing a better version of everything we see.

The Construction Marketing Awards showcase the construction industry’s creativity, innovation and effectiveness in marketing and are endorsed by the Chartered Institute of Marketing Construction Interest Group.
