Jacksons Fencing Migrates to Sitecore to Drive Personalisation.

Jacksons Fencing, a leading UK manufacturer of metal and wooden garden fencing, gates and accessories, has relaunched its website on Sitecore 8.2 with u-commerce integration.
Digital agency Sagittarius have re-built Jackson’s residential site, with a focus to roll the Sitecore implementation out to the brands commercial website in 2018/19. Sitecore tools implemented include Experience Database, Analytics and Web Forms for Marketers (WFFM). Sagittarius will continue to work on Jackson’s CRO strategy, with a view to increasing the use of contextual marketing such as personalisation to drive conversions.
With over 1,300 products online, a robust ecommerce solution has been developed using Ucommerce, with products feeding directly from Ucommerce into Sitecore to support the online shop allowing trade and direct online customers to calculate the amount of fencing, decking, gates and accessories needed.
Nick Bishenden, web and ecommerce manager at Jacksons Fencing, said: "Our ecommerce website is now an integral part of the business. Our customer touch points are continuously evolving, so moving to a Sitecore platform affords the marketing team at Jacksons the capability to respond quickly and efficiently to changes in customer behaviour as well as industry trends.
“The migration was a challenging process for Jacksons Fencing as a business but employing Sagittarius to migrate, design and build our new site on a Sitecore platform made the transition much easier. The rigorous planning and quality control procedures Sagittarius put in place and the knowledge and expertise of the entire team has ensured a successful migration and the team at Jacksons Fencing are looking forward 2018 with new website."
