Our client’s digital growth and their customer’s journey to conversion is baked into everything we deliver, so we are ecstatic to receive the news we’ve been crowned the winner of Best Use of Conversion Optimisation for our work with Jacksons Fencing.
Our work with Jacksons, built upon the Sitecore Experience Platform has driven sizeable increases in conversion rates, customer engagement and - most importantly - revenue from Jacksons' digital. Our process focuses on tackling key pain points, rethinking journeys, listening to customers, and adapting the experience to their needs.
Customer feedback from polling and surveys, right through to digesting call centre transcripts, has allowed Sagittarius to find and prioritise issues, and deploy a testing programme to deliver a data-informed strategy for impactful change.
