Leading luxury tour operator, Journey Latin America were looking for a responsive new website to keep up with the demands of their modern audience whilst continuing the luxury travel brands offline experience.

Our solution

Using Sitecore, we created a fully responsive update whilst retaining existing integrations and functionality. After a review of the user experience, we established goal-based personalisation and improved online booking tools. We improved the visibility of Calls To Action (CTAs) and created a contextual second header that sticks to the top of the browser and shows prominent CTAs and recently viewed product pages.
