In early 2019 Red Savannah approached Sagittarius to support their aggressive growth for the US and UK. They needed a Sitecore partner that could take on the technical challenge whilst also providing extensive UX and SEO services - our presence in the travel industry made us the perfect fit for the challenge ahead.

our solution

In a bid to build a roadmap of changes that would enhance both the technical infrastructure of the site as well as the user experience we set about the following actions:

  • A UX discovery piece including a heuristic UX review of the site, identifying user needs through user-testing and user-interviews
  • An internal stakeholder workshop to determine business and digital objectives
  • An SEO audit and creation of an SEO strategy and roadmap
  • A 220-point Sitecore best practice code review

With each of these completed, we were able to structure a roadmap to address the next phase of work from key user journeys through to critical technical concerns which would in-turn improve security, speed, usability and conversion rates.
