Then we'll hold one or two follow-up virtual interviews. We like candidates to meet people from four different areas of the business

Depending on the role you're applying for, you may need to give a 10-minute presentation against a brief

After the final interview, we'll make a quick decision and let you know!

*Our online assessments can be a psychometric profile or a technical assessment based on your role. These identify your skill set and personality and are used by us to benchmark you against our current team. They also help us plan your induction, training and line management should you join us. They are not a pass/fail result and are based solely on work-place scenarios.
