We have created an inspirational environment for our staff at each of our 5 offices in Kent, London, Leeds, Ukraine and Sri Lanka. 

It’s a bit loud, pretty relaxed, and collaborative and we are constantly trying new technology and integrating the really good stuff.

key responsibilities and accountabilities 

  • To build and manage a strong and sustainable new business pipeline.
  • To work with the marketing department to build a relevant leads pipeline.
  • To generate revenue from leads and develop new business, proactively following up on both, and converting this into new business.
  • To lead sales, identify opportunities and develop creative sales strategies aimed at specific market sectors.
  • To provide regular reporting to leadership and management team on new business pipeline, in progress sales and confirmed revenue. Providing accurate sales forecasts and reports, set KPI's and to maintaining a strong awareness of competitor activity, pricing and sales lost to competitors.
  • To collaborate with our Account Directors ensuring all clients experience exceptional customer service throughout their sales journey
  • To attend client’s sites for sales presentations, networking events and company meetings
  • To work with our Account Directors and relevant colleagues to develop compelling and commercially viable proposals
  • To work opportunities from deal though to signed contracts.
  • To use a consultative approach to build solid and long-lasting relationships with clients and potential clients.

You will be driven and professional, be able to exercise good judgment in identifying quality leads and able to see the sales process through to a successful conclusion independently or as part of a pitch team.

You will be a natural leader and have vision and creativity as well as being able to build and utilise sustainable relationships.

You will be able to plan and execute strategies, have great organisational skills and be a natural problem solver


job specific skills/experience 

You will need to have a successful, proven track record in business to business sales and generating revenue, selling high value services gained from within a technology related industry.

You will have excellent presentation, listening and consulting skills. You will be experienced in analysing your prospective client’s business needs and able to translate them into commercially viable and quantifiable digital marketing solutions.

You will be credible and innovative whilst retaining the drive and tenacity of a new business hunter. You will be passionate about technology and always looking for innovation.

You will own the sales process and manage multiple streams of work, prioritising and able to remain focused on the “end game” with minimal management.


technical skills

  • A good understanding of web related technologies and user experience.
  • An understanding of a variety of marketing channels
  • A good level of knowledge of MS Office packages, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word
