We're looking for a Client Development Manager to join our lovely team in Shoreditch, London.

This role requires the day-to-day management and maintenance of sourcing and nurturing leads using our CRM as well as supporting the Head of Business Development with other daily duties including the nurturing of our partnerships with Microsoft and Sitecore.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Establishing and maintaining relationships and lines of contact with leads and contacts
  • Assisting in cultivating warm leads for the business
  • Arrange face-to-face meetings and following-up on leads
  • Work with colleagues in the business to help shape compelling proposals
  • Attending events and client meetings to support in presentations
  • Work with the marketing team to keep company literature maintained
  • Work with the Marketing team to follow-up leads after company events
  • Entering data into the sales CRM system (Zoho) and keeping records updated
  • Researching and cold calling potential customers
  • Making outbound calls to support the team and handling inbound queries

personal profile

  • Great written communication skills and command of English language
  • The ability to work accurately under pressure and often to tight deadlines
  • Some experience in a lively environment, preferably in a digital business
  • Confident telephone manner and the ability to think quick
  • Admin and IT experience – you’ll need to update shared client records
  • The ability to accurately record information
  • Have a consultative approach with the ability to listen to clients and understand their needs, identifying where we can help
  • Ability to research competitors and watch industry news and social feeds - keeping up-to-date with industry knowledge and trends will mean you can confidently talk to prospective clients
  • Ability to pick up product knowledge quickly
  • A passion for sales and the motivation to help grow the business

You will be highly organised, able to organise and report on your efforts and be relatively self-sufficient in planning your day. You’ll be engaging and inquisitive personality with a drive to succeed. Your attention to detail will mean that your work could be taken and used by others in the business to grow new business and sales.

Education & Experience

Ideally a university graduate or vocational qualification associated to Marketing, IT, digital or technology.

Experience in a similar digital agency is crucial, having previously sold Sitecore solutions would be an enormous advantage!
