With the award season in full swing the agency have been inundated with nominations over the last 2 weeks.

We are very proud to reveal that long-standing travel client, Red Carnation Hotels has been shortlisted in the ‘best use of personalisation’ category following a campaign delivered focussing on The Rubens Hotel website. Audiences were identified and segmented and a personalisation campaign was developed to support guest user journeys surfacing content and delivering contextual marketing messages that drove guests through the booking funnel.

The Ecommerce awards celebrate true innovation in some of the most elite sectors of online retailers, agencies and companies.
