As 2021 came to a close, it was apparent that Baxi needed to stay ahead of its competition. With key search terms more competitive and new competitors on the horizon, Baxi needed to outpace competitors whilst keeping costs down. Their aim was to enhance the conversion rate and elevate the return on investment.

Baxi’s previous tactics relied on “Top Impression Share Rate” bidding, aiming to maximise brand term impressions and serve relevant Baxi ads for Repair, Service, and Maintenance searches. However, with heightened competition and budget considerations, a shift was imperative.
